Healthy Eating Afloat!
Come out and enjoy a fun and informative event sponsored by Sobeys. The professional dietitians have
planned a 2-hour class on how to eat healthy while cruising on your boat this summer.
You will learn food safety tips, menu ideas and much more. The chef will prepare a mouth watering meal
that you will enjoy and have the recipe to keep. There will be 2 classes, one at: Clayton Park Sobeys,
on April 22/08 from 11:00am - 1:00pm and the second class at the Windsor St. Sobeys from 6:00pm - 8:00pm
on May 1/08. There will be a $5.00 per person cost to be paid upon arrival at the class.
Please register on the web site for CPS Courses, @ www.cpshalifax.com . These are the same class, just
different time, date and location to help with the many schedules of our CPS members. There are only 18
seats per class, so sign up quickly. Look forward to seeing you all there!
Yours Aye,
Social Officer.
